Meet Lauren Knight

About me: 

I'm a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, mom of 4, high school softball coach, and former collegiate athlete. Sports have always been a part of my life and I am grateful that my parents modeled healthy habits growing up, however, once motherhood hit I felt like I lost my athletic identity and struggled to adjust to this new season of life. Being a mom is the best thing to ever happen to me but getting back to also being "Lauren" was something I needed to do in order to be the best mom and wife for my family. After going through my own athletic comeback after kids and finding a healthy balance I decided to leave my teaching career and follow my passion of helping other women do the same. 

My Mission:

  • To help women build lifelong athleticism through simple strength training, balanced nutrition, and sustainable habits that actually fit their real lives. I want moms to feel strong, confident, and proud of their bodies, without giving up the things they love or trying to chase perfection.

  • Motherhood changes a lot of things, but it doesn’t mean your athletic chapter is over. I help women reconnect with that part of themselves and rebuild strength that shows up both in and out of the gym.

  • I’m equally passionate about passing these same principles onto my kids and helping young female athletes build confidence, resilience, and healthy habits that last a lifetime. Together I want to raise the standard for women’s health and help create a healthier, happier next generation.

Why I Do What I Do:

My passion stems from a combination of my own experience transitioning from competitive athlete to mom, having 3 daughters of my own, and coaching young female athletes. The last thing I want for any girl is to grow up believing they have to chase small or shrink themselves to fit other's expectations. I believe as a society we can do better but I also believe it begins at home, which is why I want all moms to feel strong and confident again, not just for themselves, but for the girls watching them. 

My goal is to help cut through the world of misinformation and simplify things to help others live a life they love, in a body they love.
